How we handle your data
A plain summary of what the product does today. The full policy and our DPA come with the pilot agreement.
Pilot requests
When you request a pilot we keep your name, work email, website and the answers you gave, so we can reply and send an invite code. We use them for nothing else.
Messages you check
For live checks we keep the verdict, the scores and a usage count, not the message text. Chat exports you upload for an audit, and their results, are deleted within 24 hours.
Training
We do not train models on your messages unless you opt in, in writing. Our model provider does not train on your inputs either.
Who else touches the data
Message text passes through our model provider to produce a verdict. Every subprocessor is named in the DPA, and you are told before we add one.
